The Little Gym® is a multi-cultural enterprise. Our colleagues, who have successfully chosen a gym career, come from all around the world, with very varied training and professional backgrounds: Belgian, British, Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Swedish, Tunisian , engineers, professors, lawyers, bankers, consultants, human resource specialists, teachers, holiday camp organisers, all bringing their particular cultural and professional experience to The Little Gym®.

Many of them had successful professional careers, but found that there was a dimension missing from their lives: the desire to fulfil a dream and contribute to the well being of others! Choosing a gym career at The Little Gym® has enabled them to combine their desire to work seriously and professionally in a sector that is deeply human and touches us all: children!

Every member of the team is multi-skilled and able to work on both a corporate and operational level. Many of us have created and now manage a The Little Gym® centre! Some of us are still actively involved in our centres, while others focus on development of the network in Europe and the Middle East.

Due to the quality of our programme and network of professionals, The Little Gym® is expanding rapidly. We anticipate a growing need for franchise owners and staff in European corporate functions.
