From 3 to 6 years
Sports and sports-related activities play an integral part in almost every child's physical and social development. Learning basic sports skills, in an age-appropriate manner, creates a foundation for positive sports experiences. Children build skills that give them the confidence and preparation for getting maximum enjoyment from team sports as they grow.
Karate for children – Concentrations and self control
From 4 to 12 years
Karate for children offers many benefits but, as always, The Little Gym® believes that learning should be a fun, positive experience. Our karate for children programme is strictly non-contact, non-competitive and includes gymnastics. The programme is low stress and loaded with music and laughter. We also teach basic blocks, punches and kicks while emphasizing a healthy attitude rather than absolute precision. Children learn concentration and focusing skills through fun and organized
activities that are developmentally correct.
