Parent/Child ClassesAges: 4 months to 3 years
Children attend these classes with active parental participation and support. Motor skill development activities include gym, running, jumping, stretching and tumbling. The programme also incorporates music, games, gymnastics, parachute activities, exploration, ball play and bubbles!!! Class duration is 45 minutes.

Preschool / Kindergarten GymnasticsAges: 3 to 6 years
Music and movement create the perfect environment to learn the basic gymnastics skills including tumbling and apparatus techniques. Positive motivation, games and fun helps to promote the enjoyment of physical fitness. Self esteem soars!!! Class duration is 1 hour.
Sport Skills Development
Fundamental sports skills used in a variety of sports are explored including basketball, football, volleyball, hockey and many more. Modified sports games give the children a chance to experience these competitive sports in a fun, non - competitive setting. Each sports class also includes modified gymnastics to improve motor skills and conditioning.

Primary School GymnasticsAges: 6 to 12 years
Beginning, intermediate and advanced tumbling, vaulting and apparatus techniques are taught in a non-competitive setting. Positive motivation and individual encouragement help to promote confidence and a healthy sense of self belief!!! Class duration is 1 hour.
