Located throughout the UK, The Little Gym specialises in weekly, curriculum-based gymnastics programmes for children from 4 months to 12 years. Courses can be booked in "termly" blocks, making them an ideal "experience" gift which parents can build upon. All classes are held in safe, colourful purpose-built gymnasiums where small groups gain confidence in a non-competitive environment, with close guidance and encouragement from highly trained instructors. Programmes allow each child to grow their skills at their own pace and to get the most from every stage of their development.
They provide a personalised learning experience that evolves week-by-week, combining gymnastics, music and games which promote co-ordination, balance, rhythm and flexibility. Classes are held throughout the day, all year round, during term-time and holidays, from Monday to Saturday. Under 3's accompanied classes run for 45 minutes and preschool and primary classes for one hour.
