Investment

How much does it cost to get started?

It's the question that’s top of the list for many prospective owners. The minimum initial investment, including working capital, is ± 200,000 EUR. The exact amount differs from one gym to another, depending on several variables such as facility size, lease and tenant improvements, which The Little Gym® doesn’t control or set. These costs must be calculated on a case-by-case basis. However, we can advise you as opportunities present themselves.

Typically, financing requires a minimum of 25-30% owner capital investment. This means that you’ll need around 50,000 EUR minimum, to effectively handle the start-up costs.

Owner insights

"Having moved from a career in the City, spanning 17 years, I am convinced that The Little Gym® franchise provides a strong business opportunity. The financial model and the fact that The Little Gym® structure gives the franchisee the time and the flexibility to grow a long term business, was an attractive proposition."
