To maintain this standard of excellence, The Little Gym® takes great care in awarding new franchises. A desire to work with children is of course essential. In addition serious candidates need significant business experience. In particular, they should be individuals with strong personal skills, who have demonstrated successful management or ownership.
Are they former gymnasts? No. Our Franchise Owners come from very diverse backgrounds: law, medicine, teaching, finance, sales and marketing, to name but a few. Many are successful business people who felt there was something missing from their lives …
But, they all have one thing in common. They embraced the same opportunity: to work with children, to do something meaningful with their lives and perhaps, for the first time, to be in control of their own destiny.
