In some of our centers, children aged 4 to 12 years learn how Karate at The Little Gym® is like nothing they’ve experienced before! Children learn basic karate blocks, punches and kicks in a fun, non-competitive environment.
Obstacle courses, high-energy music, skill-based activities and games help create learning opportunities that meet your child's number one desire – to have FUN!
Our Karate classes focus on:

We offer two high-energy levels of children's karate training:

Chopsticks – 4 to 6 years

Choppers – 6 to 12 years
Your young athlete will learn fundamental sports skills geared towards their age group. They’ll take part in drills and simulated games for many popular sports including soccer, baseball, basketball, football, hockey, and golf. They’ll learn the rules and strategies associated with each specific sport. And, they will gain an understanding of the meaning and importance of teamwork and sportsmanship.
Our Sports Skills Development classes teach children strength, coordination and teamwork in a fun, non-competitive environment. The programme is designed to build confidence and create the foundation for a lifetime of positive sports experiences.
We have two children’s sports skills classes to help encourage a love of sports:
