Week 6 10/10 - 16/10

This weeks POP's:

Parent & Child (under 3 years old): Play Animal games. Pretend you are different animals with noise and gestures and let your little one guess which animal you are.

PreK / Kindergarden (3 to 6 years old): Let you child practise the inchworm. On a line - pretending this is the beam - they start moving forward with their hands without moving their feet. Then the move their Feet close to their hands without moving their hands.

Special for Mini Jets: They will practise their hand positioning for the cart wheels. The will stand in a lunge postion and their hands turning to the side of hteir front leg. If the right foot is in front the finger tips showing to the right. They more they practise the more it becomes an automatism.

Grade School (6 to 12 years old): Strengthen your muscles. They will practise 10 push ups, 10 sit ups and 10 jumping jacks. The Rythm should be 3 days practise, 1 day rest, 3 day practise. Best time is in the morning - this will energise them for the day.
