To celebrate the start of its new winter/spring term, The Little Gym is offering free introductory class sessions, for all age groups, at its centres across the UK. A great way to give your child a big head start, The Little Gym offers a unique motor skills and curriculum-based gymnastics programme that helps kids flourish both physically and mentally. Day time, early evening and weekend classes are available for boys and girls of all abilities, from 4 months to 12 years, where small groups have fun learning new skills, with lots of one-to-one tuition.

Specifically designed to boost confidence, The Little Gym's weekly-themed programme helps children get the most from every stage of their development. Sessions combine gymnastics with music and games, and they help to promote co-ordination, balance, rhythm and flexibility. They're also a great opportunity to make new friends, let off steam and have fun in a safe, spacious and colourful environment.

With guidance and encouragement from highly trained 'child-friendly' instructors, and access to a vast range of equipment, children are able to grow their skills at their own pace, alongside their peers. All classes are non-competitive and there's lots of emphasis on building self-esteem, through positive praise and encouragement.
